Just 300 metres away you will find Campo Santa Margherita that thanks to its many bars is the most lively square in Venice and a favourite spot for young people.

The closest water bus or vaporetto stop (San Tomà) is located nearby (200 m) providing you with easy access to all the main destinations including the seaside resort of the Lido.
Historic building: as proven by the epigraph above the entrance, the famous scholar and writer Gaspare Gozzi was born here in 1713. In 2009 the apartment was elegantly restored and completely renovated while the rest of the building bears witness to the passing of time.

The apartment has an independent kitchen, a living room with a wonderful view over both sides, a loft and a bathroom with shower. There is also a double bedroom and a large second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed. Thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and an extra bed in the loft (the loft is just 1.7 m high) the apartment can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.
